ABOUT FSC®

The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC) is an international non-profit organization that develops standards for responsible forest management. FSC® certification indicates that the wood used in certified products are from forests that are managed in accordance with FSC®'s social, environmental, and economic standards. The FSC certification system includes requirements for forest management, chain of custody, and the controlled sourcing of wood-based raw materials.
